It's Fourth of July Eve

Time to get the firecrackers ready . . . and the snack crackers. I think tonight I will have my search lights going in red, white and blue. I wonder if any country has a pink flag - or lavender - or mauve - or beige. Have you ever noticed that flags don't seem to feature colors that sound as if they came from a paint brochure: hunter green, daffodil yellow . . .

Those countries that chose red white and green for their flags were smart - they can use them for Christmas decorations - Have a Merry, Patriotic Christmas!

If the Arctic were a country, would the flag be white . . . or its polar opposite, black. Bwahahahahahaha.

Transparent flags - now there's a thought. Oh, say, can you see? Well, Frank, no. It's like there is nothing on the flag pole. All the songwriters would have a hard time; oh, my heart beats true to the ???

I think I'm losing my mind . . .
